Obesity is considered one of the serious health problems that are increasing in the world, especially in developed and developing countries. Obesity results from multiple factors such as genes, nutrition, laziness, stress, hormones, medications and diseases.


Obesity causes many complications and risks to health such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, heart and arteries, stroke, cancer, arthritis, gout, breathing, digestive system, skin, bones, muscles, reproductive system, infertility, miscarriage, premature birth, congenital malformations, depression, anxiety, low confidence and self-esteem, discrimination, bullying, isolation, failure in work and social life.


To get rid of obesity and maintain health, you should follow important steps and tips such as:


- Consulting a doctor to determine the cause of obesity and its severity and the appropriate treatment plan.

- Eating a balanced, varied, nutritious and low-calorie, fat, sugar, salt, additives and processed food.

- Avoiding harmful foods and drinks such as fast food, fried food, sweets, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and stimulants.

- Drinking enough water daily to hydrate the body and cleanse it from toxins and improve the function of organs and metabolic rate.
